A fusion of breath & energy work, body alignment practices, followed by contemporary dance choreography for all experience levels. A space for you to reconnect with yourself, to feel more fluid, centered, and in your own power.

What to expect:

Beginning: creating presence, grounding breath work, activating warm-up

Middle: short playful movement phrases to elevate body awareness, create inner connection and explore emotions

End: learn a contemporary combo that will feel freeing, fun, and adaptive to your movement style, followed by a cool down stretch

What to wear: Anything that allows you to move and feels comfortable. Layers are great if you get warm or cold.

It’s the small carriage house behind Amigone Funeral Home. You are welcome to park anywhere in the lot as long there is not a service in progress. There is also ample easy street parking on Highland Ave.
